Supported Employment

Individuals in the Supported Employment program receive a variety of services with the primary outcome being employment.

Career Development Services:
  • Accredited Employment Specialists
  • Resume building, Internet searches, attendance at job fairs and development of employment leads through community partnerships
  • Completing applications, coordinating job interviews, and scheduling job coaching services as needed
  • Transportation training is available to the individuals, as needed, to further promote independence
Case Management:
  • Oversees service delivery
  • Communicates with the individual’s family, advocates, and stakeholders as needed
  • Attend individuals’ annual PCP (Person Centered Plan)
  • Works with direct staff to support the individual with achieving outcomes and goals, as developed by the individual and team
